Smoke at low temperature or cook slowly directly on the grill or if you prefer, cook with direct heat, bake, roast... The possibilities are as many as your imagination allows. Low and slow cooking range (100ºC) to intense (+400ºC).

Monitored cooking. Bluetooth technology:  

The 4k cooking system allows you to monitor what you cook with total precision from the 4k application. Download the application, connect via Bluetooth and follow all the recipes proposed and Heston's cooking techniques with useful tips for the most gourmet. Support for android and iOS. 

Air flow control:  

The 4K's air flow control system means you can increase or decrease the temperature thanks to the air inlet of its chimney, without having to open the lid.

Digital screen:  

The 4K features a touch glass screen that is easy to read data such as temperature, timer function and quick charcoal ignition.

Smart details:  

On the side of the barbecue we find a hatch to reload charcoal and wood chips without having to open the lid. It also has an internal light to cook comfortably in the dark.

Easy to clean and durable:  

The exterior of the barbecue is made of rust-proof, die-cast aluminum. It has an easy-to-remove ash bucket made of enamelled steel which allows for easier cleaning.
