CHARCOAL BASKET WITH MONOLITH CLASSIC DIVISION

With the stainless steel charcoal basket, the air flow inside the cooking chamber of the grill is greatly improved.

The cast iron catch at the bottom of the barbecue should always be used with the basket as well. 

Thanks to its practical handles, the charcoal basket can be easily removed to better clean the Monolith and, of course, supply it with charcoal. 

Before refilling, simply lift the charcoal basket by the handles out of the kamado Monolith and shake off the ashes.

You can then fill the basket by adding the charcoal needed to fill it.

Additionally, it has a divider that can be used to establish two different heat zones on the grill. Together, the crescent-shaped deflectors and divider give you greater flexibility.
