Why should you have a Cozze® iron?

Imagine cooking all the things you didn't know how to do on your regular gas or charcoal barbecue. This is when the iron can come in handy. The griddle is made for fun cooking of things that don't really fit on a barbecue or are difficult to cook like eggs and other things that need a smooth surface for cooking.

Additionally, due to its size, it is perfect for use on balconies, terraces, patios and even taking it camping or to a second home or, why not, to friends and family.

We give you some ideas for cooking:

• Shrimp cooked in white wine or scallops fried to perfection.
• English breakfast loaded with eggs, bacon and beans, perhaps with a tomato on the side too.
• Vegetables gently cooked on the cast iron grill, caramelized.
