CROSS-MOON DEFLECTOR STONES AND CLASSIC ELEVATOR

An effective protection against direct heat that allows food to be cooked to its exact point. They are easily placed.

The crescent-shaped deflectors, used together with the charcoal basket, allow you to create different heat zones in the Monolith Classic, allowing you to cook with direct and indirect heat at the same time.

The set consists of two crescent-shaped ceramic deflectors and a stainless steel riser.

By placing one of the two deflectors on the riser, you can cook food with indirect heat on one half and grill with direct heat on the other.

The deflectors protect food from direct heat, allowing large cuts of meat to be cooked to perfection.

The new lift design for the Monolith Classic allows you to place the second level grill on top of the deflectors, doubling the available grill surface.
