The Mono-Lighter is an electric lighter that allows you to light charcoal in less than a minute. This means that the Mono-Lighter is the ideal lighter for your Kamado Monolith. It works exclusively with hot air and without flames, so safe ignition is always guaranteed.

 TIP: HOW TO QUICKLY LIGHT CHARCOAL 

  • Fill the charcoal basket or firebox with high-quality, initially thicker charcoal. For the best grilling results, we recommend our tested and certified Monolith charcoal, free of food toxics.
  • Light the charcoal from above if possible with the Mono-lighter, close the lid of the Monolith and fully open the bottom air inlet and air outlet, draft. Thanks to the chimney effect, the barbecue will heat up quickly.
  • The temperature of the kamado Monolith can be controlled and adjusted by the air supply (opening at the base) and draft (exhaust valve located above). Depending on the type of cooking, direct or indirect, you can use the accessories you want.
