What is the Avantgarde Series? 

The Avantgarde series is the latest development from Monolith Grill, the revolutionary German company that manufactures the highest quality kamados.

This series is technically based on the Pro Series 2.0, its core such as the SGS and accessories are the same as those of the Pro Series 2.0 but this range has a number of improvements and design that make the Avantgarde position itself at number 1 as a "Premium" kamado.

It presents everything you expect from Monolith, among which we highlight:

• Mechanically secured fiberglass/stainless steel gasket system has created a barbecue that requires virtually no maintenance.
• BBQ Guru connection At the bottom of the kamado: you will find an integrated BBQ Guru connection. The kamado comes with the digital controller connector port that allows you to choose your digital controller (it is an accessory*) and upgrade it as technology advances.
  *BBQ Guru is a barbecue controller, this controller regulates the temperature on the barbecue as you set it using temperature sensors and a fan. Thanks to the temperature sensors, this controller knows whether to blow harder or softer to keep the temperature on the barbecue constant for a long time. Monolith is the only brand in the world that supplies barbecues with BBQ Guru connection as standard. This makes the Monolith kamado even easier to work with.
• Incredibly versatile Grill Grate System (SGS) providing 4 grill height settings and the option to expand to three grill levels.

After extensive study, Avantgarde offers the technical diversity and quality of Monolith products with a timeless design.

Monolith has designed a much stronger frame with an accessory shelf, which now also supports the side tables.

The striking new Satin - Matt enamel is an extremely resistant mineral enamel that resists all types of weather and acids, and also refines the color of the kamado to perfectly complement the stainless steel components.

The wooden components have also received a new look: the side tables and handle are now made from "heavy bamboo", a material created by carbonizing bamboo fibers under intense heat and extreme pressure. This process creates a highly stable and resistant material with an antique look and greater sustainability.

Finally, two LED lamps have been installed on the handle that can be operated via a metal switch, so you can now grill late into the night without the need for additional lighting.
