The huge 8 mm thick steel cooking griddle can be easily placed on the open Monolith Classic barbecue.
It can be used as a grill, griddle or teppanyaki at different temperatures.

If you like healthy food and grilled foods, this is the ideal solution to the durability problems that other conventional grills present.
It works like a traditional griddle, providing a perfect surface for cooking meat or fish, or for preparing breakfast.
With the iron, the temperature is very high in the areas located directly above the heat source, that is, in the 46 cm diameter of the kamado and a little lower in the outer parts where the iron protrudes, in the 28 remaining cm of outer diameter.
This way you can seal or roast the meat in the middle and then move it to the outer parts so that it finishes cooking and stays hot.
