With this cast iron skillet you can make meat, vegetables, fish and much more. 

Cast iron skillets and griddles are the perfect tool for frying, sautéing, and cooking. They reach higher temperatures than other materials and also retain it better, making it ideal for giving foods a crispy and uniform "caramelized" finish.

In addition, when you take out the pan you can rest it on the bamboo tray so that you can present it on a table without burning the surface underneath like a trivet.
