SGS SYSTEM (SMART GRID SYSTEM) COMPLETE MONOLITH CLASSIC

This system allows you to grill with 1 grill (half-moon shaped) or with 2 half-moons (forming a complete round grill), use half of the grill for direct cooking and the other half for indirect cooking, in addition to being able to regulate its height and collect the juices in the drip trays, in addition to being able to remove the entire system for cleaning or configuration in a very comfortable and practical way.

The Smart Grid System can be used on all existing Monolith Classic models.

For example: 

•  You have the Monolith BASIC model, CLASSIC Series Pro 1.0 or an earlier version and want to improve it.

 The Classic model of the 2.0 Series ALREADY INCLUDES this system FROM THE FACTORY 

What is the Smart Grid System? 

The SGS is a unique system that allows not only direct and indirect cooking but also the configuration of two different temperature zones thanks to the half-moon design.

With the SGS with metal frame and removable handles, it is also possible to lift the entire system (including 2 grills, 2 deflector stones and 2 grease collection trays) to remove it or insert it into the Monolith.

Here we can see the detail of the system and the ceramic deflector for indirect cooking in two pieces on the stainless steel structure that allows different heights.

 
Thanks to the two-piece crescent-shaped design of the deflector, grease tray and grill, two different temperature zones can be set on the kamado and different cooking conditions. With the deflecting stones the possibilities of direct and indirect cooking increase.
